Si estás en Mérida, tu mejor opción es tomar la carretera Costera del Golfo con dirección a Villahermosa-Champotón, deberás incorporarte a Villa Madero-Campeche/México 180, donde se unen la carretera hacia Chetumal, Escarcega y Villahermosa hacia México 221, ya en este punto estarás a poco menos de 30 minutos de los Manantiales.
