Siempre agradecida con la vida , el universo, pachamama , y las personas de luz y oscuridad, duales con su ser , aventureras y no de la vida, arrieros y caminantes , explorando y aprendiendo cada dia un poco más de cada lección y experiencia; recién conocí a un Ser encantador que desde el primer momento hicimos “click” chispa y dinamita juntas, de las que puedes mirarte y reflejarte y terminar o comenzar a conocerte un poco más, tus límites , tus miedos, tu realidad, la verdad verdadera, la verdad mentirosa. Comencé un trabajo de “barista” (Un barista es el profesional especializado en el café de alta calidad, que trabaja creando nuevas y diferentes bebidas basadas en él, usando varios tipos de leches, esencias y licores, entre otros. También es el responsable de la presentación de las be- bidas y puede complementar su trabajo con arte del latte.)
En el restaurante Local coffee sin saber que me encontraría con un equipo tan chido, humano, con gente tan mágica y maravillosa, seres especiales espaciales, hermanos de otras vidas, minerales de otros planetas, en especial mi maestra , jefa, barista, amiga, confidente , espejo y reflejo “LA ANGIE”, con tantas historias y vidas pasadas , comparte conmigo uno de sus tantos talentos que tiene en la barra con diseños, medidas, precisa, exacta, haciendo los mejores cafés y bebidas frias , smothies , tisanas, creando arte latte, ¡diseños totalmente fuera de locura! admirando sus dones naturales, maquillista, estilista, cantante, bailadores, madre, esposa, cocinera y artista. ¡Gracias por compartir mi querida amiga!
